STAGE fear is very common and many people must have given you some advice on how to overcome it, like "never look at the audience's eyes, look at the wall " but these tricks actually make your speech or performance less interactive.For a good impression on audience you have to interact with them .Though it is not that easy for any beginner to look directly into the eyes for interaction but what you can do is practice well before going to the stage and try to talk to your audience before the show , it will help you to create a bound with them and you will feel less nervous on stage. The above is what you can do just right before the show but now we will know what you can do daily to improve your confidence. Choose any topic of your choice and do a little research on it after this try to speak about that topic in your own words in front of a mirror or record yourself , recording is much better because you can see yourself late...
